OUTPATIENT PROGRAMS

OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH
Experienced therapists, two offices, covering most diagnostic categories. All staff work with children and families.

OUTPATIENT SUBSTANCE ABUSE/CO-OCCURRING DISORDERS
Groups run twice per week, individual and family AODA therapy, evidence-based care.
TRUE Co-Occurring Disorders team of nine staff, all of whom are certified or licensed in both mental health and substance abuse.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM
(also known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment)
3-5 days per week, early recovery groups, groups run 2-6 weeks

PSYCHIATRY
We have a team of adult and child/adolescent psychiatrists providing evaluations and medication management.

IN-HOME PROGRAMS

IN-HOME CASE MANAGEMENT
In-home in 24 counties, therapeutic case management with children and adults.

IN-HOME PSYCHOTHERAPY
In-home in 24 counties, psychotherapy for more severe clients who can benefit from 2x per week at home.

RAPID RESPONSE CRISIS PSYCHOTHERAPY
New, unique program in the ER & at home, 3x in a week, to meet with patients in crisis, but who do not qualify for inpatient, to set up services to help them avoid IP and ER use

IN-HOME INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM [IOP]
Another new, unique program to offer IOP to patients who need intensive, structured help, but who live in areas which have no office-based IOP services available for AODA or MH care

COMMUNITY SERVICES
Innovative program to bring psychotherapy to non-traditional settings such as schools, group homes, skilled nursing facilities.
