One of the most important concerns which clients have with getting help is ACCESS. That means:

Shorehaven's Convenient Locations: In addition to providing most of the kinds of care which clients may need from an outpatient clinic, we make services more convenient by having two locations. Both have off-street parking and handicapped accessibility.

With three locations described below—Brown Deer, Greenfield, and Racine—we are conveniently located throughout the Milwaukee region.

In-Home Appointments: An In-Home team will come to work with an adult client or with a child or adolescent client AND the child's family in the home in virtually all the different counties (listed below) in eastern and south central Wisconsin. In-home services are reserved for some of the more troubled clients who have Medicaid, Forward Health, or Badgercare funding.

Rapid Appointments: We also have systems in place to schedule an appointment quickly. You can click the link for "Become a Client" at the top of our home page and you will find instructions for becoming a new client. Or call (414) 540-2170 and the receptionist will help you.

We avoid lengthy waiting lists. Appointments generally take place within two weeks, and often in just a few days. In a crisis, we can respond quickly.
