We accept all indemnity insurance (e.g., Aetna, American Medical Security, Blue Cross, Great West, Principal, WPS, etc.) and all POS plans (AHC, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health EOS, Humana Choice, Compcare POS, HCN, United Health Care Plus, WPPN, etc.) and these HMO/PPO plans:

We accept coverage from many other plans. If the patient has another PPO plan, we can accept the out-of-network benefits

A sliding fee scale is available for clients who do not have coverage.
Shorehaven accepts self-paying clients. Ask the therapist about the fees for self-pay clients.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
